Do you have any idea how many cats and dogs are killed locally each year? To say nothing of on the statewide or national level. It's incomprehensible.

We need to make every effort and take every step to make this killing unnecessary.

Pet overpopulation directly, and indirectly, is the cause of death of millions of cats and dogs in the US every year.

Spaying and neutering to prevent more kittens and more puppies that may or may not find good homes is the first step in the solution to this travesty.

The competition for good homes is stiff and approximately 4 million cats and dogs are the losers in this game every year.

The blatant disregard for the lives of our companion animals is not a very good reflection on us.

Spay and neuter your pets please. There is no good reason not to do so.
